Emily really explained each pose with detail, which many instructors do not do. Her voice was very soothing and reassuring, and her passionate attitude toward yoga really showed. Emily is very calm and peaceful as she teaches, and she helps students along to get into each pose with the correct form, and explains that they will be beneficial to us.
