WE HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

While planning your party, you get to choose which class-level you prefer for you and your guests. Here are some descriptions of our class options to help you make your decision. Remember, every class is custom-designed to cater to your own personal preferences.

GENTLE:  A slow-paced flow, this class allows students to enjoy deep stretching through slow and relaxing movement sequences, including restful reclining and seated poses. These restorative poses are often sustained to allow adequate time for muscles to open. Props such as blocks and blankets are often used in these classes. This class is recommended for students who prefer a minimal physical exercise experience. 

 

 

BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE: This vinyasa yoga class will introduce students to common poses and basic flow sequences. Students will move through poses at a steady, yet comfortable pace, and classic Sun Salutations will be explored. More challenging options will also be offered during this class. This class requires moderate physical activity, and students will get a good workout! 

 

 

ADVANCED:  Students can expect to move swiftly through flow sequences in this class. More challenging positions will be offered, including balance and strength poses, though modifications will also be offered. This class will require moderate to heavy physical exercise, and is recommended for students who have some previous experience with yoga.
